A retired City of Fremont employee and a St. Rose Catholic Church parishioner. Papa Vince was 76 years old when he passed at his home surrounded by his family in Sacramento. He is survived by his wife Rosa Linda Quinteros; stepsons; daughter; in-laws; grandkids, Chawewut (Bear) and Nosuun (Shoonie) Rodriguez; sister Dolores; brother Pete Quinteros; and many nieces and nephews throughout California. Rosary Friday 11/18 at 7pm with viewing until 9:30pm and Funeral mass Saturday 11/19 at 9am, all to be held at St. Rose Catholic Church, 5961 Franklin Blvd.

hey uncle Vincent it's me erica i wanted to tell you that i love you. an i remember when me an my brother was lil kids we use to go to your house an spend the night i miss those days but now you okay your with nephew sammy an your favorite niece my mom im so sorry that i have to say my last goodbyes like this but your in a better place an i know ill see you soon
