Mary, Ada, Mike and Suzie,
I am so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. I have fond memories of Bill and his loving and very funny sense of humor. I absolutely loved Bill's laugh. My heart goes out to you at this time and in the days ahead.
I wish you all the best.

Bill was loved deeply by many people and will be missed. We loved his fun nature and will always remember our betting during the Stanley Cup Finals...You will always carry a smile on our faces...and our hearts...

Dear Mary & Family,
I wanted to drop a note just to let you know that I am thinking about you. Mom and Dad let me know about Bill the other day and, you know me, not usually being at a loss for words, I am right now.
There are so many clichés for a time like this and unfortunately, I have nothing original except to say how sad I am about his passing but how thankful I am for having had the opportunity to have him a part of my life when I did.
I have nothing but smiles and laughter when I think about some of the times we all shared – the goofiness of his jokes, the constant bantering back and forth about everything under the sun, especially politics, ace four – twenty four, and the penny poker games during the annual new years day football parties.
As you go through the difficulty in adjusting to this just know Bill left such a positive impression on everyone he came in contact with – that is something we (I) will never forget. I will have a Miller Lite to toast Bill with tonite!!
Again, my thoughts are with you – I will make it a point to touch base the next time I am in town!

I've heard so many wonderful stories about Bill from Ada that I feel as though I know him. May God bless you during this time of grieving. Take comfort that you now have a special guardian angel watching over you....
