Castro Valley, California - A grave site service for Wilse Ross will be held at St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery, 18936 St. Paul Pl, Chicago Park (Grass Valley), California on Thursday, June 29th, at 11:00 AM. Wilse passed Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at 12:49pm at the age of 93. He was born in Dumas, Arkansas on September, 15, 1929 to Herman and Grace Ross. His childhood years were spent in Marshfield, Missouri and attended high school in Springfield, Missouri. Served his country in the Army during the Korean war. He was a loving husband and father and chose to care for his family through his career as a plumber, in Local Union 342 for 65 years. That career took him to the East Bay Area, Grass Valley and Castro Valley, California. He is survived by twin brother, Willard Ross; daughters, Glenda Lee DeChicchio (Bryce) and Annelies McNair; sons Larry Bryce and Darryl Bryce, five grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Gertrud Annelies Ross; parents, Herman Ross and Grace Davidson Ross; and 7 siblings.
