Sending my heartfelt condolences to Barbara's family from the Safrit family. We all grew up going to St. Paul's together. I would run into Barbara from time to time and loved the time we spent talking and catching up. She will be truly missed by all who knew her. She was an amazing lady.

I have a photo showing me sitting on a couch holding Barbara and Christine when they were tiny babies at the time my mother and Rachel were the Girl Scout leaders at St. Paul´s. I have such happy memories of those years and of the Upright family. I was always glad to see Barbara and share a warm hug.
My love to the family.

To Chris, Pat, Sarah and the entire family of Barb may I offer my condolences. Barb's loss will be felt by many for a long time but memories of her remain forever. It's hard to remember if my family and hers are related or great friends or both and it doesn't matter. We will remember her. And I will look at the holly trees in my yard and I will remember Rachel's smile and Barb's laugh with joy because their struggles are long past. Thank you to this family for the friendship. Barb, you will be missed.
