Donald Ingram Obituary
Donald was born July 19, 1958 in Richmond, VA to the late Donald Phillip Ingram, Sr. and Grace Walton Ingram. Donald loved NASCAR, square dancing, fishing, his dogs and cooking.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Eunice Ingram.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 47 years, Bonnie “Susie” H. Ingram; daughters, Melissa Way (Ryan) of Thomasville, NC and Crystal Gibson (Christopher) of Lexington, NC; sisters, Debbie Fortune, Phyllis Burgess (Dwight), Tracey Brown (John) and Linda Long (Larry); stepfather, John Sain, Sr. (Kathy) of Salisbury, NC; step- brothers, John Sain of Salisbury, NC and Shannon Sain (Estefania) of Salisbury, NC; and grandchildren: Chandler Gibson, Carly Gibson, Camden Way and Dawson Way.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM Sunday (May 19) at Summersett Funeral Home.
A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Monday (May 20) at Summersett Memorial Chapel; officiated by Pastor Sy Ponds with burial following at Rowan Memorial Park.
Memorials may be made to Trellis Supportive Care, Kate B. Reynolds Hospice House, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston Salem, NC 27103 or The American Heart Association, 7272 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75231 (memo line: Charlotte Market).
