Frances Lee Foy Brewer

Frances Lee Foy Brewer, 81 of Salisbury, passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at her home. Born February 20, 1939 in Gauley Bridge, WV, she was the daughter of the late Essie Kelly Foy and Joseph Richard Foy. Mrs. Brewer graduated from Granite Quarry High School, Class of 1957 and Salisbury Business College. She was employed for Fiber Industries prior to owning and operating Fran's Cleaning Service before retiring. Mrs. Brewer was a member of Union Lutheran Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene “Gene” Lonnie Brewer on October 4, 2013. Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Josh Franklin Brewer and Douglas Allen Brewer of Salisbury; sister, Libby Cline of Granite Quarry; brother, Rev. Dick Foy and wife Eddie of Salisbury; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Service: A Graveside Service was held Monday (Dec.7) at Brookhill Memorial Gardens with Rev. Dick Foy officiating.
