Joel Edward Ousley, 54, of Salisbury, passed away Friday, September 26, 2025 at his residence.

He was born July 13, 1971 in Salisbury, NC to Mickey and Jennifer Deal Ousley. He had a zest for life and a love for adventure, whether it was white water rafting, camping, fishing, four wheeling, or golfing. A devoted Carolina Panthers fan, he also took pride in being the owner and operator of American Porcelain Company. Above all, he cherished time spent with his children, family and friends. He honorably served his country in the Army Reserves.

The funeral service will be held at 4:00 pm on October 14, 2025, in the Faith Lutheran Church, Faith, NC, with Rev. Don Safrit, officiating. The visitation and celebration of life will take place following the service at 5:00 pm in the Family Life Center.
