Uncle Julius (Jack) Blackwell husband of Aunt Helen Blackwell who blessed my mother's funeral by playing the organ at her funeral. It was the first time my family and I planned a funeral where our family pastor said do whatever you like. He forgot to to tell us to make sure we had an organ player. My Aunt Helen notice there was no organ player, so she said to her husband, Jack get up there and play for my sister. Uncle Jack saved the day to say the least knowing all the songs we sang. We love our Uncle Jack and Aunt Helen and will never forget your love and dedication to the word of God, family, and music. The Brownlee family, Sharon Brownlee daughter if Betty We ise Brownlee.

Julius and I worked together in the Stores area of Fiber Industries, Celanese Fibers Operations, Hoechst Celanese, Trevira, KoSa, and/or INVISTA. We were very good working buddies and each of us felt and displayed a lot of friendship and respect for the other. Although we have both retired, I will never forget the pleasure of working with him which made going to work more pleasurable. He was not just a Christian in form but in substance, also. An angel on earth is now a deserving angel in Heaven!
