Larry Fulbright

Larry Fulbright, 82, of Salisbury, passed away Thursday, April 20, 2023 at The Landings of Cabarrus in Kannapolis. He was born September 16, 1940 in Catawba County to the late Odell Fulbright and Ruth Leatherman Fulbright. Larry retired in June of 1998 as a Crew Chief for The North Carolina Army National Guard . He enjoyed time in his garden, fishing, golf and spending time with his family. In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his Wife, Judie Fulbright, Sister, Nancy Fulbright and his Brother, Jerry Fulbright. Larry is survived by Two Daughters, Kendra Fulbright of Woodleaf, NC and Rhonda (Doug Fortune) Fulbright of Salisbury, NC; Grandson, Caleb Fortune; Three Brothers, Nelson (Sue) Fulbright, Ronald (Jo) Fulbright and Dennis (Paula) Fulbright. And also by numerous nieces and nephews and cousins. The family will greet friends and relatives on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Powles Staton Funeral Home, Rockwell, NC. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, in the Powles Staton Funeral Home, Rockwell, NC, with Pastor John Elam officiating. Burial will take place in the Brookhill Memorial Gardens.
