Mildred Osborne Obituary

Mildred Pauline Loflin Osborne left her earthly home surrounded by her loving family, to go to her eternal home and see Jesus on October 23, 2024, at the age of 90.

She was born on November 22, 1933, in Rowan County to the late Roger Lee Loflin and Evelene Brooks Loflin.

Mildred was a student at the Rowan County Schools. She was a housewife and was known for her pound cake and potato salad. She was a member of the Stallings Memorial Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, Mildred is preceded in death by her husband Grover L. Osborne; her great-grandson Caleb Reece; her son-in-law Bubba Andrews; and her sister Margie Loflin Miller.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons Grover Steven Osborne (Sharon) of China Grove and Lynn Michael Osborne (Diane) of Granite Quarry; her daughters Debra Osborne Andrews and Wanda Osborne Foil (George), both of Salisbury; her sister Phyllis Loflin Fisher of Granite Quarry; as well as her 12 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.

There will be a private family graveside service at Chestnut Hill Cemetery.
