Hi Mitch,
You will forever be remembered as the strong, athletic, quiet, humorous, patriotic member of BCS Class of 1961. Thanks for being my friend and fellow classmate all these years. My condolences to the family. This is very sad news for me. Bloomfield HS in the early 60's graduated 3 young guys that became US Navy Submariners. They were Bill Gillette, Mitch Boylan and myself. During the mid 60's both Mitch and myself were stationed in Charleston, SC. I visited Mitch and Nancy several times back then. Then about 40 years later I saw Mitch in 2007 when I attended a submarine reunion in Charleston. I called Mitch and he drove down to our reunion hotel with his wife Judy and we enjoyed a couple of hours talking about the old days. Sailor rest your oars.
