I worked with him at the State, and will remember him as someone with principle and dedication. He was concerned about his officers, and adhered to duty and respect for them. He maintained standards of excellence and order at the unit.....a rarity for the time in which we live. You will be remembered and missed.

Rick was a awesome person and a great friend, I worked with him at PCI for a number of years! He and I was Sgts together for quite a while! He taught me alot!
