Rosemary Crosby Obituary

Rosemary Barnhardt Crosby, of China Grove, passed away Saturday, June 13, 2015, at the Tucker Hospice House. She was the daughter of the late Roy V. Barnhardt and the late Rosie Lee Jordan Sommers. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Steven Barnhardt and Douglas Lunsford. Rosemary was a hairdresser for more than 38 years working at Merle Norman and previously at Curls and Things. She enjoyed reading, but most of all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of St. Enoch Lutheran Church. She is survived by her husband, Rick Crosby; two children, Jerry Cruse and Jo Ann Fugitt (Andy); grandchildren Andrea, Dylan, Eli and Wes; sister Lois Simmons; and her many friends and customers who she loved dearly. Arrangements: A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, June 15 at St. Enoch Lutheran Church officiated by Rev. Dale Cline. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 prior at the church. Burial will be private in the church cemetery. Memorials: May be made to Unity Mobile Meals, c/o 8605 Unity Church Road, Kannapolis NC 28081.
