Vicki Goad Obituary

Vicki Diane Cagle Goad, 73, of China Grove passed away Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2016 at Carolinas Medical Center - Northeast. Born in Rowan County on April 20, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Georgie Mae Upright Cagle and John Henry Cagle. Ms. Goad graduated from Landis High School in 1960. She was retired from Decorator Industries and was a member of First Freewill Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Jeffrey Reid Cagle. Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Kenneth Goad (Heather) of Salisbury, John Shane Goad of China Grove and Brian Keith Goad of China Grove; sister, Debra Smith (Jim) of Kannapolis; grandchildren, Alisha Crawford, Kenneth Wayne Goad, Jr., Ashley Goad, Holly Goad, Jonathan Goad, Claire Harris and Daniel Goad. Visitation and Service: To be held on Saturday Feb. 20, at First FreeWill Baptist Church located at 405 Bostian Street in China Grove. Visitation from 2 to 3. Services to follow.
