Barry Nakamura Obituary
Taylorsville, UT-It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to our beloved son, brother, and uncle, who passed away suddenly from a serious heart condition. Born in Salt Lake City, UT to Thomas T. and Lillian Y. Ujifusa Nakamura.
Barry will be missed and remembered for his dedication and participation in the Japanese Church of Christ. He always helped with the Taiko group and he was the biggest fan of JCC's baseball team. Barry worked for All Star Catering and enjoyed working at the Energy Solutions Arena.
Survived by his mother, Lillian; sisters, Sandy (John) Matsushita and Cindy (Bob) Perry; niece, Amanda (John) and nephew, Tommy; grandniece, Abby and grandnephew, Sam. Preceded in death by his dad.
Per request of Barry's family, funeral services will be held privately.

I've known Barry for over 30 years and feel blessed for knowing such a wonderful person. His spirit was always warm and his friendships were unconditional. He will be missed by many.

I worked with Barry at the Training Table downtown many years ago. I remember him as a soft-spoken, gentle giant. May your family find peace in this difficult time.
