Carol Brown Obituary
Carol Lee Brown, 83, passed away on June 22, 2017 in Midvale, Utah.
She was born to William and Alice Thomas in Salt Lake City, Utah on July 10, 1933. Carol graduated from South High School in Salt Lake City and married the love of her life, Hugh Brown, on December 2, 1950. She enjoyed all crafts, caring for animals, spending time with her family and was a tremendous cook. Survived by her loving husband, Hugh; children, Janyce Catmull and Stephen Brown; grandchildren, Mindy Ortega Swenson (Sam) and Benjamin Ortega; great grandchildren, Taeler Gannuscia, Daxon Swenson and Cash Swenson. Preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and three sisters.
The family would like to thank Encompass Hospice for their help every step of the way.
At her request, a graveside service will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 29, 2017 at Redwood Memorial Estates, 6900 S. Redwood Road. www.goffmortuary.com
