Sandy, UT-Lorana Quohana Atwood Webb "Connie" passed peacefully on June 2, 2024 in Sandy, UT at the age of 94. Born on May 28th, 1930 to James M. Atwood and Nancy Dumayne Atwood. Connie was the 5th of nine children. She lived her early life in West Jordan, Utah, and later attended Jordan High School where she met and fell in love with her sweetheart, Reed Sylvester Webb. They were married in the Salt Lake Temple on August 27th, 1948 and settled in Bluffdale, Utah, where they raised their family of five children. Connie was an exceptional wife, mother and homemaker. Connie was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many capacities including Relief Society President. Together with Reed, they served two church missions in the Albuquerque, New Mexico and Nashville, Tennessee missions. Connie also enjoyed attending and serving in the temple as a patron and later as a worker. After the passing of her husband Reed, Connie moved to Cedarwood Living Center in Sandy, Utah. She loved living there and made many friends. She also had gratitude and a deep love for those who assisted her there. She will be greatly missed by her family and all who truly knew her.

Is this Connie Atwood who was a contestant on the TV game show Match Game in 1973? If so, I have watched that memorable episode many timed here in the year 2025, and Connie Atwood was great.

CONNIE was my neighbor for 40 years. She was a woman of integrity. She minded her own business and left others to do the same. She raised hard working wonderful children. She was kind and generous to those around her. She doesn't need my recommendation to enter the gates of Heaven but I stand ready. Love you Connie!

She was such a wonderful Aunt to me and will truly be missed. I will always remember her with fondness. I loved how she would perform for everyone and in turn make everyone else perform as well no matter what our talents may be. She made all our reunions memorable and fun. Until we meet again, love you so much!

we love our Aunt Connie. We pray for all of you at this difficult time but what a great reunion on the other side. We are out of town and likely will not be able to make the funeral, but we pray that it might be a wonderful, beautiful experience, just like the person she was.
