1967-2011
I laughed out loud all of the time. Loved my life and the people I surrounded myself with. I have had great friends who have loved and supported me through thick and thin. I have a fun sense of humor, fun to be around, I'm a nice girl, (Oh my God I sound like I'm setting myself up for a blind date) Forget all of that...I am the same Cori as always.
I passed away peacefully on 11/11/11. This is not how I wanted to leave, I would have preferred to be the life of the party until my 110th birthday.
Cori is survived by her Children Chelsey (Porter) Terrell and Gavin Brown, Grandchildren, Casey and Blake Terrell, Mother Connie Bunnell, Sisters Carma (Denim) Simkins, Christy (Doug) Peterson and Brother Gig (Heidi) Bunnell and her seven nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her Father Karl Gary Bunnell.
Cori will be Celebrated on November 15, 2011 at Broomhead Funeral Home from 6 to 8 pm. 12600 South 2200 West Riverton, Utah

Cori was so fun to talk to, we had similar personalities. Between both of us, we could talk forever! Thanks to Facebook, Cori and I communicated back and forth talking about our memories of Bingham High School in 1984-85, and how cool we were sharing the same name. She had the "i" and I the "y". Cori was so cool, and to be her friend I will always hold in high regard, we all adored Cori...

Cory was dramatic, loud, funny, spirited and had a contagious laughter. Those are the memories I have of her from years of family reunions. She was definitely out of the Bunnell mold. I hope she is finding peace in heaven with her dad and grandparents.

Cori (CC). I have been fighting back what to say...only you will understand that. I have read through all are texts and looked at tons of pictures and I am so glad your family choose that beautiful picture off my wall! Remember the laughs we had that night?! I want you to know I will be there in spirit with you tomorrow may it be a beautiful celebration for a beautiful girl! I just found out today that Cori passed away, & could not believe it. I have not seen her in many years but she was a fun loving gal, with a great sense of humor. We used to razz each other alot because she like the Raiders & I like the Broncos. She used to love Howie Long. It is so sad to hear of her passing; my prayers are with her family, always remember what a nice, beautiful girl she was. It is sad she is no longer with us, may you rest in peace Cori, I will never forget you & the times you made me laugh. God Bless you & your family today & always.

I will always remember the times we shared the laughs we had and life we experianced. Cori was a great friend and always like a sister to me. we had so many great times together that she will always hold a place in my heart. I am sad to see her go on to another journey but sure we will all be together in another time. May her spirit live on for ever with us all.

Cori, No one could ask for a better friend. Always thinking of others and always full of laughs. So many good times, so many memories of the good and the bad times. You will be missed by many. Howie will be missing his biggest fan. Only you knew what Howie would be wearing. Football just isnt the same.

You are such a special person. I am so grateful I got to know you. Thank you for all the talks and all fun! You always had a smile on your face. I haven't seen you since my high school years, but you look just as happy and beautiful as you did then. Sorry Christy, such a travesty to lose your best friend. I am at a loss for words. I loved reading all the interesting posts from my friend on facebook. I knew she wasn't well but always hoped for the best. I enjoyed growing up the Cori and Carma. Our softball days may have been better..but we tried. My heart aches for your friends and family. You are too young to be passing. I am hopeful you are in a better place my dear friend. Rest in peace.
