Daddy, I never would've thought that I'd have to bury you. I always thought that it would be the other way around. You were my "invincible hero". To me you were untouchable. You were my god, my idol. . .my everything. I'm going to miss you so much, but Ky'Licia reminded me that you'll always be in our hearts if you're not anywhere else. I will always cherish the fact that you were an awesome father, intelligent, strong, a great cook, and our #1 hero always and forever. You passed all your traits on to your children including your endless humor and stubborness. I was honored to have been born your daughter and I promise you that I will always keep your legacy alive for generations to come, so that my children and their children will know what an amazing person you were until the day you left this earth. I love you Daddy, Baby-T, and Darren. I will never forget you, Papa and neither will anyone else. MUAH{a big kiss from me to you}!!

My thoughts and prayers go out to the family of Darren Washington and all of his friends in Utah. He was very outgoing, fun and a delight to have known. I met him 25 yrs ago at a party that my sister and I attended. Neither of us knew anyone because we were visiting for the summer. He asked both of us to dance with him so that we neither of us would continue to sit to the side like wall flowers. He embraced life and made all who met him, feel like family. He will definitely be missed.

Darren- It's so weird to think that you won't be with us anymore. I remember whenever I was sad you'd try your darndest to bring me up, and I love you for that! You had everyones attention no matter where you were. You knew how to make people laugh. That will be missed the most! Now whenever we go to Alisha's your loud voice won't be heard. I don't think you knew how many people truly cherrished you. Or if you even knew that you were in our thoughts... But you were, and you always will be! I love you! And I know you are looking over your family wishing you could be with them once again- You will be! We miss you Baby T.
