Funeral services will be held on Monday, at 12:00 p.m. in the Timpanogos Stake Center, 800 North 100 West, Pleasant Grove. There will be a viewing at the church from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. Burial will take place on Tuesday at the Providence Utah Cemetery at 12 p.m.

My deepest condolences for your loss. I started with "Elder Baer" in the same MTC group in Provo as we prepared to go to Hong Kong in July 1977. For 2 months we spent one of the most difficult and most rewarding experiences of my life together as we struggled to learn Chinese and also struggled to learn how to be missionaries. Even though I have not seen David in decades, I feel bound to him much as soldiers do that served together in the War. The deep emotions we shared have survived the years and I feel his loss at my core. I am sure those on the other side feel an equal sense of joy as they welcome him home. My thoughts are with you.
