DAVID LARISCH Obituary

David F. Larisch 4/15/1966 ~ 11/27/2010 David F. Larisch, loving husband, father, brother and son, lost his long fought battle with metastatic melanoma in November 27, 2010 at home surrounded by his family.David was born April 15, 1966 to Fred and Nora Larisch. He married Melanie Christiansen March 11, 1989 and they were blessed with three wonderful sons, Tyler, Jordan and Joshua. They meant the world to Dave. David graduated from Brighton High School and spent his entire career at LAR Manufacturing. Dave brought the same hard-working principles to his professional life that he applied in his personal life. The company and his nation-wide clientele will sorely miss him. Dave leaves behind his wife, Melanie, his boys Tyler, Jordan, and Joshua, his parents, Fred and Nora Larisch, two sisters, five brothers, and numerous nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank Dr. Kenneth Grossman and his staff, Huntsman Cancer Hospital, and Vista Care Hospice for their loving care of David. Dave had a zest for life and always tried to focus on the positive. In keeping with Dave's wishes, there will be a celebration of his life December 4th for close friends and family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the David F. Larisch Donation Fund for his children's education at any Mountain America Credit Union. Online condolences at www.premierfuneral.com

Dear Melanie, Tyler, Jordan & Joshua,
We are very saddened that David had to leave this life so early in life. I am Fred's sister Judy and my husband & I and our family wish to extend our love and deepest sympathy to you. David is gone from your presence, but his influence lingers. May you take comfort from the assurance that life continues after this one.

Melanie,
I was so sorry to hear about Dave. I think he was your mom's favorite son-in-law. She always spoke about him in glowing terms. You are in my heart and prayers.

David,
Thanks for being my childhood friend. I will always remember the craziness of the neighborhood and the fun we all had. I am sorry that I have lost track of you and everyone else. May the Lord bless your family at this time and always.

It was such a harsh reality to read the paper today and see David. I haven't stopped crying. He really was always cheerful and looked on the bright side of things. Good obit, Melanie. I'm sure it was hard for you to write. I will miss him.
