1953 ~ 2023

Roy, Utah-Frank R. Lundquist – husband, father, mentor, and friend – passed away surrounded by family and friends on July 21, 2023 after a short but hard-fought battle with cancer. Frank lived in Roy with his wife Roxanne Jenkins-Lundquist. He was the best father to Marcie and Tim. The love he gave to his family was priceless and will be forever remembered and felt in our hearts.

Frank's work ethic was honorable and done with pride and kindness. He started his career in the grocery business at Reams before moving onto Harmon's in 1975, where he stayed for 47 years. Frank started out at Harmon's as a grocery stocker and eventually worked his way up to his dream job as Vice President of Store Development. He had so much pride in building and remodeling each store, but he was most proud of the relationships he built along the way. These relationships include everyone in the Harmon's family as well as his friends in the construction business.

Frank had a lot of love for sports, especially when it came to the Utah Utes; he never missed a game. He also loved to fish, and the family enjoyed many memories of him taking them to Rock Port to catch fish. Frank also enjoyed going to Wendover and Las Vegas. Frank was loving, caring, kind, and just one of a kind. He will be so very missed, but his legacy will live on.

Frank is preceded in death by his beautiful daughter Marcella Lundquist, who he missed very much, parents Frank and Lura Lundquist, sister Linda Allen, and brother-in-law Terry Allen. He is survived by his wife Roxanne, son and daughter-in-law Tim and Kiersten Jenkins, niece Kara Allen and her sons Nicholas and Nathan Crawford; and nephew Marty Allen and his daughters Saavedra and Jesseira Allen.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday August 2, 2023 at 11 a.m. at The Foundry, 2452 E 6700 S, Uintah. Friends may visit with family on Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 1585 W 300 S, Syracuse, and again on Wednesday from 9:30-11 a.m. at The Foundry. Following the funeral services will be a celebration of life from 3 to 7 p.m. also at The Foundry. Those who would like to attend may wear something red in his honor. Go Utes!
