Gary Case Olsen

Gary Case Olsen peacefully passed away at home on November 15, 2013 after a long battle with Alzheimer's. He was born on January 19, 1936 in Emery, UT, son of George Que and Bertha Case Olsen.
He worked for Gibbons and Reed Construction for 23 years, retiring in 1986.
Gary had a great love for horses. When he was not working, he was training horses. He enjoyed camping, fishing, playing horseshoes and his family.
He was married to Shirley Olsen and together they had two sons, Jeff and Jerry. They were later divorced. He married Catherine North and they were together for 28 years.
He is survived by his wife Catherine A. Olsen, two sons Jeff and Jerry Olsen; three daughters Toya, Peggy and LoriAnn; four stepsons, Mark (Chari) Reighard, Gregory (Liz) Reighard, Christopher Reighard, Timothy Reighard and a step daughter, Stacie Reighard. He is also survived by his grandson Tyler Jeffrey Olsen, 12 step grandchildren, 1 step great grandchild, two sisters, Wanda Jorgensen and Roma (Ted) VanBuren.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brother Gene Olsen; sister Norma Anderson, 2 step granddaughters, Ashlee Nelson and Chelsey Wlliams and his two companions, Brutus and Princess.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at 11:00 am, in the Washington 10th Branch Chapel, located at 1500 Ridge View Dr. Washington, UT. A viewing will be held one hour prior to services. Interment will be in the Washington City Cemetery.
