Jacqueline Eason Obituary

Jacqueline Maria Eason

March 20, 1983 ~

December 25, 2022

South Jordan, UT-Our sweet daughter, sister, aunt, and friend passed away on December 25, 2022, in her home. Jacquee was the ninth child of her father George Richard Eason and the third and last child of her mother Phoebe Jean Eason. Jacquee was an adorable child. She had a sparkle and brightness about her that brought so much joy to others. Growing up she enjoyed reading, writing stories, helping others, and being with friends. She graduated from Bingham High School in 2001 and attended Salt Lake Community College. At age 21, Jacquee married Andrew Ellerman and moved to Maui where she spent the next 15 years. The two decided to go separate ways and she then found her life partner Colin Bellows. She found lifelong friends in Maui who became her Ohana. Her days on Maui were some of her happiest moments.

Jacquee was very career oriented and spent the majority of her life working in the field of finance. She held many positions and excelled in her field. The people that she met in her places of business became some of her dearest friends.

She was a truly genuine individual with a daring sense of adventure who will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. She is survived by her parents, Richard and Phoebe Eason; sisters Erika (Ryan), DeAnn, Sheila (Lance), and Shelly; brothers Joseph (Staci), James, and Daniel (Tara); Nieces (10) and Nephews (7), and many many friends.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents George Edward Eason and Beth Eason, sister Jennifer Eason, and her life partner Colin Bellows.

We will reach out to family and friends when plans for a memorial are made.

The smiles, hugs, eyerolls, coffee mugsx10, laughs, and mostly true love of this person have been echoing around me for almost two weeks now but it feels like much longer. The hole in my heart might start to heal but forever will push me to be better. Thank you for that Jacquee. You are now a snow angel for so many of us. Take a break every once in a while to put your feet up and enjoy.

It is rare that you meet a person like Jacquee. I only knew her for a couple of months, but she absolutely showed love and light. She was a joy to be around and cared so much for others and what she did. I will truly miss her. To a rare beautiful flower Aloha Ohana!

I met the One and Only Jacqueline almost 15 years ago I guess maybe more ... Colin RIP was a very good friend of mine. She could light up a room with that crooked smile. Always worried about someone else

I will miss Jacquee greatly. Even though I only knew her a couple of years on the Underwritting team at work. We hit it off and was always sharing ideas. We also shared commonalities and shared family stories. She is as genuine person has it comes. That is rare in this world. I will miss our interactions. May you rest in peace and I am praying for your family in this difficult time!

Jac, my sister, my friend. I'm so thankful to have known you and shared my life with you. Over the decades that we lived miles apart we'd always pick right back up where we left off in each others presence. You were such a compassionate and empathetic person who made me laugh endlessly. I will miss your smile, your friendship and your big hugs. I will miss you every day. I wish you peace.

I am so sad to hear of Jacqueline's passing She was one of the sweetest, kindest, funniest, and caring bosses that I have ever worked for. She was my coworker, friend and Ohana at Maui Clothing Company on Maui. You will be missed very much Jacqueline. You taught me "When you can't find the Sunshine, BE the Sunshine".

Oh Jacquee!! I went to tacos Wednesday night and it wasn't the same. Wendover. Bowling. Tacos. Movies. Just chatting on the phone. I will always love your wit and giggle. You were smart, beautiful inside and out and a true friend. I hope you are smiling down on me and know how much I cherished our friendship. Love you girl! Lace
