JEFF BROWN Obituary

Jeffrey F. Brown 1955 ~ 2011 Our Beloved son, brother, uncle and friend, Jeffrey F. Brown, passed away unexpectedly at his home July 30, 2011. Jeff was born July 30, 1955 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Grant Jr. Brown and Patricia Ann (Barney) Brown. He was raised with his two older brothers in the Holladay area. Jeff attended Olympus High School and shortly after graduating in 1973, went to work for Rick Warner Ford where he worked for almost 30 years. Most recently Jeff worked for USANA in Salt Lake City. Jeff enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed the company of his walking group and loved to travel. Jeff was an amazing son who doted on his mother and they had a very close relationship. Jeff shared a love of the family cabin, fishing, and skiing with his family and friends. Jeff was always excited to see his Nieces, Nephew, Great Nieces and Great Nephews. They couldn't ask for a more loving uncle. Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Grant Jr. Brown, and his older brother Robert Grant Brown. He is survived by his mother, Patricia Ann (Barney) Brown, his brother, Stan (Karen) Brown, Nieces, Nephew, and Great Nieces and Nephews. A celebration of Jeff's life will be held Saturday, Aug. 6th from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Cottonwood Country Club, 1780 East 5420 South, Holladay, UT.

Hi Stan, Karen,

You are in our prayers. Sorry to hear this very sad and disturbing news. It is such a great loss to lose a brother. I have had several close calls losing my only brother.

At times like these it is hard to know the right words to write or say that will take away some of the pain and sense of loss. Just know that you have many friends and that Stacy and I are with you in mind, heart, and spirit as you pass through this most difficult time in your life.

Your friend,

Dave Willis

A favorite quote I have come to think about a lot when things like this happen in life... "Don't cry because it's over, smile that it happened."

My thoughts are with you,
