Our much loved son, brother, and uncle, Jeffro D. Varner passed away October 16, 2015 doing what he loved, riding his Harley. He was born December 14, 1961. He went out with his boot in the wind. Now gone, but never forgotten. Hard to live with, but always loved.
Memorial services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, October 22, 2015 at the St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, 4615 S. 3200 W., where a luncheon/visitation will begin at 12:30 p.m. Online condolences: www.peelfuneralhome.com

Jeffro and I go back a few years, he has always been a bit eccentric, but that was part of his charm. One story from one of the guys that he used to deliver to is that Jeffro once rode his bike from Magna all the way to Mapleton to bring the guys old dog a hamburger that he bought along the way. I'm damn proud to have known you brother and you will be missed. Until we meet again, keep your beard in the wind.

To the family of jeffro. He was more then a friend. He was my buddy. We did many things together. Fishing, camping, boating, road trips, to the auto races. But most of all he helped me with my racecar both on and off the track. I will miss him very much. He will always be in my heart. Rest in peace Jeffro.

He was a good person to have on your side. I knew him from the Credit Union where I was employed and would jump at the chance to speak with him. "2 rolls of gold dollars" And always a respectful goodbye. Then later we discovered our mothers are friends. I loved his top-hat, It was like his personality; different and unforgettable. I will remember you my fiend.

Jeffro watched over my brothers vigil and me as I wept. He has been so good to me and my family. In the last two months we spent a lot of time together talking about life, motorcycles, sturgis, and music. He was a great man and will be missed dearly. Thank you Jeffro for all you did. You were already an angel now it was time to rise.
