JENNY ADAMSON Obituary

Jenny Lynn Poulsen Adamson "JEN" 03/28/1982~06/11/2011 Our dear Jenny (29) left this life for a better one on Saturday, June 11th. At last she is free of the physical pain she has endured for many years. If there was ever a beautiful, giving, thoughtful, courageous, and AMAZING woman in the world it would be our beloved Jen. Jen brought so much love and happiness into everyone's life that she touched. When she smiled, she could, and did, light up the entire room. Jen was an angel with a dare-devil personality. She loved adventure, the outdoors, four-wheeling, camp fires, movies, haunted hotels, scary stories, and chilling on the couch with friends and loved ones. Jen spent as much time as she could at Snowbird with her grandparents and family. Jen loved sports, especially "our boys," the U of U football team. Come rain or snow, you would find our Jen screaming and cheering for her team. Jen was always the center of attention; people were always attracted to her amazing personality. When you look into the sky, pick the brightest star, and there you will find our Jen, our amazing "STARLET". Jen loved family, friends, and football. She especially loved her Sadee Dawn. Jenny is survived by parents, Dave and Debbie Poulsen; brothers Jeff (Keri) Poulsen and Dan (Jacquie) Poulsen; sisters Kristal (Seth) Mackert, Rachael Poulsen, Heather Poulsen, and Heidi Poulsen; Brian Adamson; daughter, Sadee Dawn; step children, Kylee, Kaleb, and Kelsey; grandparents; uncles; aunts; nephew; and cousins. She also leaves behind many dear friends. Preceded in death by her cousin Brandi McClellan. We all love you very much Jen. You will forever be in our hearts. You are greatly missed. A viewing will be held Thursday, June 16, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Jenkins-Soffe South Valley, 1007 W South Jordan Pkwy (10600 South), South Jordan, Utah, and Friday, June 17, from 11:30 to 12:30 at the Jenkins-Soffe South Valley with a service to follow at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be at the Larkin Sunset Lawn Cemetery, 1950 East 10600 South, Sandy, Utah. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Jenny Adamson Memorial Fund at any Mountain America Credit Union. On-line condolences may be offered at www.jenkins-soffe.com

My dearest Jen, I feel totally empty inside, tears keep flowing out of my eyes. Snowbird is coming and it won't be the same without you. Yesterday at the Larkins cemetary, there was this little bird that flew over our heads, around in a circle and then chirping took off into the sky. I hope that was you letting me know that you are okay, happy and finally FREE!!!! I Luz You Always and Forever, my Little "Starlet".

It's hard to imagine that we won't see that infectious smile or hear that cute giggle... It's hard to imaging that we won't hear her say "little buddy" again... Jenny Poulsen came into our lives at "LTDeuce" like a sweet breeze and to this day, I think we can all say that was such an innocent, fun part of our lives... We are deeply missing a part of our LTD2 Family today, no words can express what it meant to have her by our side...

Our thoughts and prayers are with Sadee, her best friend, her life.

It's so sad to think that Jenny will no longer be around. I have memories with Jenny beginning at the age of 5. I haven't seen her in a few years and it's sad knowing that I won't be running into her and catching up with each other anymore. May she have found peace and may your family find peace of mind knowing that she is in a better place.

I am so sad to hear about Jen. I was lucky enough to work with her at the Cottonwood Mall and the wireless store in Draper. She was just a wonderful person. She was so smart, fun, and a joy to work with. Customers came back just because she was so good at her job. I will never forget her smile! I am so sorry for your loss!

Jenny was one of the best freinds my daughter, Amy, ever had. They were close friends from the time they met in beauty school. Jenny was a bridesmaid for my daughter, Bonnie, and she was there at the hospital when my granddaughter, Avery was born. I will always remember your beautful smile and how happy it made Amy to have you for a friend. We love you forever and will miss you.
