Not sure what to say?

October 18, 2018

I am blessed to have known and worked with JoAnn and Bruce. I am sorry to hear of JoAnn's passing, and know she was loved and appreciated for all she did for others. Much love to the family at this difficult time.

I had the privilege of being the Bishop of the Monument Park Ward when Bruce and JoAnn moved into the ward. We instantly became fast friends. Bruce and JoAnn were always available to assist as needed in the ward. One of our favorite memories is the building of a Days of Forty-seven float. Bruce was the architect and many ward members, including JoAnn, chipped in to follow Bruce's instructions and to drive the completed float to the starting line of the parade. Our float was judged First Place. We had remained up all night to complete the float and to drive it to the starting line. The parade ended at Liberty Park. I will never forget the sight of Bruce lying on the grass in Liberty Park holding the First Place trophy while fast asleep from exhaustion. JoAnn was his equal and they repeatedly provided assistance whenever they were needed.

My heart is swollen
My tears are fallen
a river Is forming
a dam Is gathering
Debris within me
part of me
has left me
Numbness
has found me
Emptiness
has captivated me
Who can save me?
even though we die
we can live
How?
My Aunt is gone from me
I watched them bury her
right in front of my eye's
Lazarus
COME OUT!
Lazarus
COME OUT!
Who spoken these word's
Jesus
so believe in him
who is the life
who has the power
Who has the key
to the graves
for he showed us
that these things
will come to be
No more death
tears
mourning
pain
former
these things will be
Reunited with our love one's
we will be
become
and see
for this is the reason why Christ
gave his life
so we can
have life
everlasting life
Aunt Michelle
I love you
Soon
I will see you
Again
in my arms
hugging you
Tightly
crying
happily
We live
death
did not win
