John L. Driggers, age 81 years, died on January 5, 2019 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born on June 10, 1937 in Charlotte, North Carolina to Lauder A. and Calla Driggers. He married Barbara Underwood on August 17, 1958.
John enjoyed golf, bingo, trips to Wendover, getting together with family, and afternoon coffee breaks with his wife at Beans and Brews. He worked for Hercules, Inc. for 32 years.
He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Underwood Driggers, son, Dalton (Joanna) Driggers, grandson, Dallas Driggers and sister, Marian Charles. He was preceded in death by his parents.
The interment will be at Sharon Memorial Park in Charlotte, North Carolina.

We just found out that Johnny had passed. I'm so sorry to hear of his passing. Johnny, George, and I were great "Typical kids" many years ago in Charlotte, North Carolina. He also went to Central High School in Charlotte and was liked and loved by everyone. Johnny was 'One of a kind' and we all will miss him. My condolences to Barbara, Dalton and family, his sister 'Snookie' and others who loved Johnny for his friendship and for 'just being Johnny'. He will really be missed,

Our deepest of condolences to Barbara and all of the Driggers family. John was truly one of a kind. The world has lost great man and the heavens gained an angel. I have had the pleasure of helping John with his and his families vehicles over the last 20 plus years. I have been blessed to have got to know him.
