JOHN KUNST Obituary

John J. Kunst 1929 ~ 2010 "Jack" John J. Kunst, 81, of Midway, Utah, died Monday July 12 at home with family by his side. He was born March 29, 1929, in Hastings, Nebraska, to John Ludwig and Sarah Wilkins Kunst. His family moved to Salt Lake City where he graduated from West High School. He served his country from 1946 to 1950 in the United States Navy. He was employed as a machinist at Eimco in Salt Lake City and at Bell and Howell in Glendale, California. His greatest joy was his family and long drives in the country. He is survived by his daughter, Jacqueline (David) Lovett, of Heber City, Ut; son, John David Kunst, of Salt Lake City; and son, Timothy J. (Michelle) Morley, of Bountiful, Utah; sisters, Billie Walster, of Salt Lake City; and Joan Halloran, of Hastings, Nebraska; grandchildren, Heidi and Kent Eubank, Wes and Melissa Morley, Matt and Laura Morley, Tyler and Emily Morley, all of Bountiful, Sarah Lovett, of Brooklyn, NY, and Nash Lovett, of Heber City; five beautiful great-grandchildren. The family wishes to thank the staffs of Alpine Hospice and Dr. Greg Tayler. Dad requested cremation with a family gathering at a later date. Remember to say I love you to your loved ones.
