Kathryn Lomax Anderson

1944 ~ 2025

Lindon, UT-With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved mother and grandmother, Kathryn Lomax Anderson, who passed away on August 26, 2025, at the age of 81.

Born March 23, 1944, in Payson, UT, to Evelyn B. Lomax and Claude Robert Lomax. Married to Ronald Anderson for 62 years and resided in Nephi and Lindon. Children are Rob, Jeff (Susana), and Greg (Bree). Grandchildren are Alexis, Sophia, Jaxson, and Isabella Anderson. Preceded in death by her parents and two sisters.

She was an active member of the community and an advocate for women. She founded her own business and had several clients over the years. She also worked with the Business Women's Club for almost 20 years. She organized several events, was a leader in the organization, and won the Women of the Year award.

Kathryn will be remembered as a strong, dedicated, and inspiring woman. She was deeply devoted to her family and friends. She enjoyed traveling with Ronald and close friends across the globe. At her home, she enjoyed gardening and spending time with her two dogs.

In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Utah Food Bank.

Celebration of Life will be held Saturday August 30, 2025 at 11:00 am at 1096 E 380 N Lindon, Ut 84042.

I knew Kathryn through her involvement with Business and Professional Women. I´m so sorry to hear of her passing. She was a joy to be around and I always enjoyed seeing her at various BPW events.
