To the Blake Family- My mother was Katie Dean's cousin and I will always remember her humor and warmth, much like her mother, Kaye. May your wonderful memories comfort you.
Sincerely,

Reed,
In my mind, I hold a vision of the young, vibrant, kind, and fun loving Katie Dean along with and the dapper, you, in your blue Val Hyric jacket. I am sorry about her illness and passing and send love to you and your family. I treasure wonderful memories. Again, we will see her.
Much love,

Katie Blake was a great blessing in the lives of my 3 older children and so many others. She read rhymes to those who could not read... yet and taught them and brought them so far on the road to literacy. My children said their favorite times in the library were when she read, "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe" by C.S. Lewis. THank you Katie.... you caught alot of people with your kindness.
