So, my husband may be a biological nephew to him. We have searched the world over looking for family. We have found a Kevin Crookston to be a first cousin on the paternal side. We are HOPING to connect with the paternal parent. We truly mourn the loss of a blood uncle. Rett just wants to know where he came from. We do t expect open arms, but an insigbt to his health history, an even bio mom would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you in advance. I can be reached at+18064704397 or [email protected].

May your light shine brightly forever. May your spirit be at peace and fly free into the sunset. I'll try not to cry because you are gone but rejoice you that you were here. I love you "little" cousin....Mary

Oh Kev. So strange your gone. You will be missed by many family, friends and animals. I hope your reunion with your Dad was amazing! I wish you were still here so we would get our NASCAR updates while still in church. I know you're in a better place with many people who Love and miss you too. Grateful to know family's are forever and I will see your again some day. Untill then I will think of you when I blinker, watch only left turn racing, see a pheasant, listen to the Stones and see a golden sunset. We will miss you Uncle Kevin. Love from the Jake Crookston Family.

What a great guy. I have such fond memories of hanging out with Kevin since the beginning of time as we knew it. We shared many fun and competitive family and social events. Sports, school classes and a familiar friendship. Living down the street, his family was a significant part of mine at K11 Ward and KHS. Although its been years since I have connected with him I still hold him in high regard. I even use some password security questions that ask "who is your best friend? I write Kevin. He will be missed by many but my memories of him will go on forever. KM

To the Crookston Family:
Coach (Kenyon) Clark called us last week to let us know Kevin had passed. My dad loved Kevin. He was my first crush in HS when I was a sophomore - he even got benched (only the first quarter) when he brought me home 10 minutes past my curfew and we were with his mom and dad too - that was Coach Clark's rules. My mom Marcia loved Kevin and especially his tenacity along with his kind heart. My husband, Chad Mantle, and former Cougar loved Kevin too! They played a lot of ball together. We are all so sorry for your loss. We are thinking about you and hope you find comfort during this difficult time. My dad is trying to make the trip up for the services - we will be sending our love with him to share. We will never forget Kevin, he is simply unforgettable.
