Allen, we have never met- but Lori and I grew up and went to school together all the way from Kindergarten to High school graduation. In addition, the Prestwiches were in my Ward - The Vineyard Ward - my entire childhood. It was very sad to read that one of my classmates, and long lost friends had past away. Sad that we don't stay in touch with people that meant so much to us so long ago and it brought back a lot of wonderful memories of grade school at the old Union school, of times spent playing, growing, worshiping and experiencing all that encompasses the innocence of being young. I still have a picture of my Sunday school classmates (Lori being one) standing on my front lawn at what looks like my 5th or 6th birthday in 1961. I am so sorry that one of my childhood friends has passed away. God bless you and your family.

I worked with Lori for the last year or so and was one of her trainers when she started at Convergys. I was impressed from the very start that she was so sweet, kind, and thoughtful. The happiness and well-being of those around her was always a top priorty for her. Her cheerful smile was always a day-brightener. May God bless her family as they learn to go on without her, and may she be cradled in God's hands until we meet her again. I thank the Lord for the chance to get to know her and enjoy her presence. The world is a darker place without her.

It really choked me up to read of Lori's passing. Lori was first BEST FRIEND, as we went to kindergarten together, plus we were neighbors.
I'll never forget getting into trouble when we 'painted' on the side of Max's house as it was being built. We were both in dog house over that one.
Lori and I ran into each other through the years and we were both always in a hurry but always exchanged those hugs. She was a great hugger!
My sincere condolences to the entire Prestwich/Neilsen families.
R.I.P. Lori...
Peace, Holly Steele Perry

Lori's family,
I have been working with Lori at Convergys until just recently. She was a kind and thoughtful coworker who looked out for anyone around her who seemed to need some encouragement. I was very sory to hear of her passing. She seemed so young and vibrant, too full of life to believe she is gone. My condolences to you all.
