Matthew Durfey Obituary
Matthew Paul Durfey passed away September 30, 2014 unexpectedly in West Valley, Utah. He was born July 12, 1968 in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada to John Kozina. He is the beloved son of Donald J. Durfey and Connie Hamilton Durfey. Matt is survived by his son Chance, whom he loved very much; daughter Casey and son Curtis; dear wife Rebecca, and her son Chance Rugg. He is survived by his sisters Corrina (Gene) Sorensen and Linda (Steve) Allen. He was a member of the LDS Church. He also attained the honor of being an Eagle Scout. Matt and Rebecca enjoyed four-wheeling and trips on their Harley. Matt also loved his hunting dog. There will be a Memorial service for Matt Tuesday, October 7, 2014, 7:00 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road for friends and relatives.
