My Sincere Sympathy to the McKelvie Family for their great loss. Alan and I were classmates and friends when the Mckelvie family lived in Granger Utah. I spent my hours at the Mckelvie home and Mrs Mckelvie always made me feel as welcome as family. One fond memory I have is being invited on a Saturday morning Mckelvie Family outing to Butterfield Canyon where Alan and I captured a couple of lizards. We brought them home and placed them in a cage Alan had in the back yard. As I think about that, there are not many mothers who will even allow their children to capture wild lizards much less bring them home in the same car that she is riding in. I remember Mrs Mckelvie was always interested in anything Alan or the rest of children were doing.

Again, My Sincere Sympathy.
