Minh Duong Obituary
West Valley City, UT-Minh Duong passed away peacefully at home on June 11, 2018, at the age of 68. He was born in Phú Nhun, Hu, Vietnam on December 20, 1949, to Ba Dinh Duong and Thi Thi Tran. Minh fought in the Navy during the Vietnam War. In 1975 he left Vietnam and came to Brigham City, Utah. He worked at Thiokol for many years and then worked at Autoliv where he retired from. In 2002 he moved to West Valley City. Minh was a hard working dedicated father. He did whatever he could for his four children. When he wasn't working he enjoyed fishing and always caught his limit. He enjoyed going on walks and telling stories about Vietnam. He is survived by his wife, Cuc Duong; children Corina Duong, Lee Duong, Minh (Angela) Duong, and Kim (Rogelio) Ramos; 17 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren; Brother Tung (Nguyen Le) Duong; and several nephews and nieces. Services will be held on Sunday, June 17, 2018, at Valley View Memorial (4335 W 4100 S, West Valley City). Viewing will be 12 to 2 pm.
