In my memory of Uncle Odell, I remember a happy, easygoing, and kind man. From what I hear these are traits from Grandma Nettie. Uncle Odell loved the outdoors and my fondest memories of him are of deer hunting with all the Christiansen uncles and cousins. May God bless and comfort your home during your great loss.

May you all be comforted by the knowledge that Odell is with our Lord. And may your memories bring you peace and surround you with love. Our love and prayers,

Dear Jeannie, Just wanted to let you know how sorry I am for the loss of your husband. I always admired him and enjoyed being around him at school and church. I can only imagine how you are feeling right now. I guess the only comforting thing about it is that he is not suffering any longer. I didn't know he had been paralyzed -I was sorry to hear that. What love and devotion on you and your family's part to care for him all these years. I have fond memories of you too, and the times you did my mother's hair for her when you were dating Don. YOu put the 1st and only color on her hair! May god bless you and your sweet family and to help you through this trying time.

Jean and Family,

I want to express my sympathy to you. I knew Odell from North Sanpete when he first started there and always enjoyed his friendship. He was in my home many times when he would come to Salt Lake with my father, H. Kay Lay on school business. He was a

great man and our family thought a lot of him. May God bless you all at this time. Love, Sandra Lay Carter

What a great man and wonderful teacher. I went to North Sanpete High School and had only one class from him, but it touched me and I am saddened to know that he is not with us any more. He touched many lives. He was a great example for all of us.

I grew up in Mt. Pleasant and remember Mr. Christiansen. I went to elementary school with Lynette and enjoyed going to her house to play. My thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time.
