Our hearts are deeply saddened at the loss of Peter Brown. He died 09/04/2023 of cancer at home surrounded by loved ones. His suffering is over and a joyous reunion with his much loved and missed wife Susan and best dog Charley is taking place.
Peter was born 1/03/1961 in West Plains, MO. where his father had found work after he got out of the army. After only a few years they moved back to Salt Lake City, Utah where Peter spent most of his life and made many lifelong friends. Peter was a master tile and stone setter. His work is on display in many homes, businesses, and resorts throughout the Mountain West. Most of all Peter was a doting father to his daughter Molly, whom he loved very much. He is preceded in death by his father Gareld "Jerry" Brown and beloved wife Susan Welti Brown. Survived by Mother Patricia A Brown, daughter Molly, siblings Kenneth, Collette (Brent), Thomas (Amy) and Susan's sisters - Elizabeth, Nancy, Marianne and Deanne who through their kindness and support helped Peter and Molly so much after Susan's passing in 2014. Peter was a kind and gentle soul with a gruff exterior and we will all miss him terribly. Cancer sucks.

Peter is a great Guy, always smiling and sooo nice to everyone that I knew. I was a Friend of Kenny, but as his brother Peter was as great a Friend as well. (Kim Batt) sad to know he is gone, but when you look at the stars you have to know that Peter is just on another part of his life. So Glad I knew Peter and all the Brown Family!!!

Lots of wonderful memories with Pat and Gareld and family.Living in Riverton and seeing Peter at random,was always great.He would say" how's it going cuz?"My home has his great skill in tile work.Love you " cuz"!
