Grandma was a very loving and kind person. I can still remember when I used to sit in her chair and she had to tickle me to get me to get out. I will miss her so much.

Grandma was always a bright, fun person who loved all of her grandkids dearly and was always happy to see them come visit her. My memories will remain wonderful and strong of times spent at my refuge - Grandma and Grandpa Devey's house; from hollidays past, to lazy summers climbing trees and causing mischief, to Grandma's infamous driving habits. I will always cherish my time with her, whether we were watching "The Price is Right", doing a jigsaw puzzle, or just driving to get a Coke somewhere. Grandma, you will be missed always, but never ever forgotten by your eldest grandson.

As her daughter Sandra's friend, I had many wonderful visits with Rhea. I loved her vibrancy for life, her sunny personality, and her sassiness. She will be missed greatly, and most certainly never forgoten.

My Aunt Rhea rocks!!! She was the coolest Aunt anyone could ask for. We would all get excited whenever we found out that she was coming over or that we were going to her house. She was always very generous, very kind, very sassy (to my dad at least) and very sweet.

She will be missed.

I'll always remember Aunt Rhea as one of the kindest and most thoughtful people I've ever known. She was always so fun and lively, and it just seemed to come naturally to her. We used to refer to her as one of our "favorite aunts". I promised myself that someday, I was going to be a "favorite aunt" just like her. To this day, I still try hard to live up to that high standard. I'm not nearly as good at it as she is, but then she was an exceptionally amazing person.

Though I only met "Gramma Devey" a few times, I thought she was so nice! She was so friendly, and always had a funny story to tell. I know howmuch she was loved and will be missed. My heart goes out to all of her wonderful family! Much Love,
