He was a longtime resident of Ambridge and Baden, PA, moving to Salt Lake City in 2000. Our gregarious, generous, and loving Robert was preceded in death by his dear wife of 60 years, Jennie; his parents, Rose and Chester Kedzierski; brothers, Sylvester "Syl", Raymond "Ray", Arthur "Artie" and Chester "Chey"; and sisters, Irene Namola and Dorothy Balough. Robert was a graduate of Ambridge High School and Beaver County Community College, and attended Robert Morris Business College. He served in the Army as a Staff Sergeant in World War II and was employed by the HiLo Market (where he met Jennie), the Pennsylvania Railroad, Jones and Laughlin Steel Corp., A & P, and Shop & Save Supermarkets. His fraternal organization memberships included the American Legion, Eagles, SNPJ, and KSKJ. Robert served proudly as a shop steward of the United Food & Commercial Workers International Union AFL-CIO, and was a member of the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Baden . Robert is survived by his daughters, Sandra (Gary) Lindstrom, of Salt Lake City and Linda Rosenquist of Chicago, Illinois; as well as two grandsons, Chad and Brian Rosenquist. He will live on in the hearts and memories of his family and many friends. Robert's family expresses appreciation and gratitude to the staff of Christus St. Joseph's Villa for their compassionate and sensitive care. Cremation is under the direction of Garner Funeral Home. Interment will be at a later date in Economy Cemetery, Ambridge, PA.
