Cindy - One of the things I loved most about Rod was how welcome he always made me feel in your home, and that he felt it was important to call if you guys couldn't make it to a get together at our home. He put so much of himself into his work and we have been blessed to have had him do some concrete work at our house. Every time I see it, I will always remember him.

Cindy - You and Rod left great memories for so many people. especially Lisa, Josh, Geoff and Ashley. Rod was blessed to have you, Trevor and Whitney to love and to be loved by. God bless you and comfort you as life goes on without his physical presence... but his love and spirit will always be close to you.

Cindy, Trevor, & Whitney,
On behalf of myself, Chandee & Sam, we are ever so sorry to hear of your loss. The Obituary was beautiful and expressed exactly who Rod was. I too am sorry that so much time has passed and so much time lost. Please know you are now and have always been in our thoughts and prayers as you will also continue to be.

For Rod,
Sleep, sleep tonight
And may your dreams be realised.
If the thunder cloud passes rain
So let it rain, rain down on he.
So let it be.
So let it be.
Sleep, sleep tonight
And may your dreams be realised.
If the thunder cloud passes rain
So let it rain, let it rain
Rain down on he.

Cindy, Trevor, Whitney and family,
Words can't express the sorrow I feel. Rod was a wonderful person and a great example to me. He was a very loving and kind husband and father who will be missed by all who knew him and many who did not know him because of his kind acts and deeds. He left a great legacy and example for all to follow.

Thanks, Rod for all of the love and happiness you brought into my life and the lives of my children. We'll always remember the Lake Powell trip...fishing, water skiing and the dreaded invasion of the giant biting gnats! You were such a kind and caring "father figure" to my kids (especially the boys) and we will never forget you. Cindy, Trevor and Whitney, we love you.
