Roy Casey Obituary

Roy Thomas Casey1942 ~2004  DUCHESNE-- Roy Thomas Tom Casey, age 62, was killed in an auto accident on September 7, 2004.  Born July 17, 1942 in Salt Lake City, UT to Roy Sampson and Zena Hansen Casey. Married Carol Stephenson April 22, 1962 in Duchesne. Survived by his wife, Carol, Duchesne; children, Stephen Glen (Jamie) Casey, Carrie Jo (Mike) Mascaro, Thomas Roy Casey, all of Duchesne; grandchildren Devlon and Sherry Brown, Chad Casey, Casey Ann and Tommi Jo Mascaro; mother Zena Casey, Salt Lake City; brothers and sisters, Kathy Kielbasa, Duchesne; Michael (Trudy) Casey, Sandy; Robert (Leslie) Casey, OR; Ann (Paul) Martinez, West Valley City; Mark (Debbie) Casey, Charlene (Don) Hales, both of Salt Lake City; Sandra (Rob) Hughes, Sandy. Preceded in death by his father, brother-in-law Calvin Kielbasa, and a nephew Christopher Kielbasa. Funeral services held Friday, Sept. 10, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at the Duchesne 1st Ward Chapel (130 S. 300 E). Friends may call Friday from 9:30 - 10:45 a.m. at the church. Interment in the Duchesne City Cemetery under direction of the Hullinger Mortuary.
