Susan Best Obituary
Ann Best passed away peacefully on December 17th, 2019.
Ann was the daughter of Parley Paul Probst and Mayme Miles Church. Ann was proud of her heritage in the Heber Valley. Parley was a prominent businessman and rancher, a legacy Ann was able to continue with the Flying V Ranch. Mayme's family established the Schneitter's Hot Pots, now the Homestead Resort in Midway. She loved her family, animals, books, ranching and especially Christmas. Her family, friends and acquaintances will miss her beautiful smile, sparkling eyes, warm hugs and her generous loving soul.
Ann was a cherished wife, mother, daughter, grammy, great grammy, sister, aunt and cousin. She is survived by those she breathed life into. There will be a private gathering celebrating her life and in lieu of flowers Ann would ask you to please donate to your local animal shelter in her honor.

My Grammy was the brightest light even on the darkest days. She gave her all for those she loved and more importantly gave her life to those she cared for. Thank you for teaching us what unconditional love is. Thank you for teaching us what kindness is. Finally thank you for teaching us that sometimes forgiveness doesnt forgo your happiness, but rather gives you the space to find that happiness. I love you forever and always.

What a huge loss of this sweet and noble woman! I'm so sorry, especially to you Pat (and Robert), for 2 such big losses of your dear family members. Our hearts are warmed by the wonderful memories of all Ann did and was - courageous, fun, kind, loving, and generous. This was a beautiful obituary. Know that we'll be praying for your strength and comfort at this Christmas time, and that we're here for you as friends and family as your mourn her loss.
