While actively engaged as a travel agent, he authored two guidebooks. Following his retirement he wrote three murder mysteries, a monograph covering his "journey" as a cancer victim entitled "One Day at a Time", and his last work, "The Table Is Forever". Heather and I will miss Warren very much. He was a part of our family and we will miss his smile and laugh. God Bless you and our thoughts are with his family. Heather will make Warren proud as she continues excelling in Spanish that he started teaching her a few years ago.

Barbara, George and Family, You may not remember me but your Dad and I visited with you on several occasions many years. I remember the nice evenings we had with you and I have so many fond memories of your Dad as a fellow Rotarian and the fun we had with him over his books. He was a big supporter of me when I was the Executive Director of the Staunton-Augusta Chamber of Commerce from 1992-98.

Anyway, I relocated back to this area a few months ago and kept meaning to call him--shame on me for not doing that.

I will miss receiving his zany emails--which usually came out of the clear blue sky.

He was a truly great person and one of a kind. He will be missed.

Love and prayers to you and your family.
