Schilling Family,
It was a pleasure and honor to get to know Will at Emeritus. He and my mother Millie, would share an occasional glass of red wine or a regular cup of good hot coffee and swap stories. He was a remarkable man that had the ability to inspire others to the very end. We are thinking of you all during this difficult time.

Schilling Family,
I worked at TRW in the 70s and 80s when Will was the Site Manager for TRW. I remember him for the golf tournaments that he set up between TRW and the other subcontractors, he was instrumental in having the tournament hosted at the Oakridge Country Club. Quite a treat for us to play there. He also introduced and inspired me to become an award winning Chili Cooker. The TRW cook-offs was something that my family and I always enjoyed. Our condolences to all of you.
