Winton Frame Obituary

Winton Mason Frame
April 2, 1939 ~ May 15, 2015
Our beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather and friend returned home to his Heavenly Father after a full life, well-lived.
Winn faced many challenges in life and always with a smile, a joke, and a fighting spirit. He was born to Howard and Leola Frame in Murray, Utah, April 2, 1939. His family later moved to California where he met and married his high school sweetheart, Marian Hay. Winn and Marian had a once in a lifetime love, and you only had to be around them for a few moments to see the amazing bond they shared, and the light Marian was in his life. Together, they raised three children, Scott, Dale and Shelly.
Those who knew Winn and loved him best would tell you that he was a man of strong character, determination, and steadfast faith. One of Winn's favorite sayings, was "You choose your attitude," and he lived that mantra. No matter what life threw at him, he was determined to fight it head on and WIN, all the while with a smile and a joke, always a good joke.
There are no words that can truly sum up who Winn was as a man. He leaves a lasting legacy and will be missed greatly by all those who were fortunate enough to have been a part of his life.
Winn is survived by his wife, Marian; three children, Scott (Jacki) Frame, Dale Frame, and Shelly (Jeff) Dansie; his sister, Faline (Paul) Forbes; and brother, Steve (Chellene) Frame; step-siblings, Ryan (Libby) Dudley, Frank (Carol) Dudley, Marie (Ernie) Smith; eleven grandchildren; and five great grandchildren; and many dear friends. He is preceded by his two daughters-in-law, Stacie (Scott) Frame, and Vicki (Dale) Frame; and his brother-in-law, Doug (Marilyn) Hay.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, May 20, 2015, 11:00 a.m. at the Mountainville Ward, 461 N. 300 W., Mt. Pleasant, Utah with a viewing from 10-10:45 a.m. A Graveside Service will also be held Thursday, May 21, 2015, 11:00 a.m. at the Taylorsville Cemetery, 4500 S. Redwood Rd.
