Agustín Medrano Madera nació un 3 de septiembre de 1968 en un pueblito llamado Mezquitic, Jalisco. El mundo recibiría a un ser creativo, único, trabajador y dedicado ha ayudar al prójimo.
Un ser que siempre será recordado. En la vida tendrás que trabajar, tendrás que ganarte la vida a cada paso del camino. Fueron las palabras que le dijo su madre cuando era pequeño.Y el impulso suficiente para salir adelante día con día.
Desde muy chico decoro piñatas, organizaba fiestas, vendía dulces y siempre fue una persona trabajadora y maravillosa. Asistía a la casa de cultura del pueblo participando en obras de teatro, decorand escenarios, creando mascaras y diseñando escenarios. Su talento creativo y artístico sobresalio tanto, que empezó a buscar otros horizontes.
A la edad de 18 años inició su búsqueda del sueño americano. A sus 30 años ya había trabajado en ciudades como: Los Angeles, Chicago, Denver, McAllen donde inició su carrera como diseñador de interiores. Su amor hacia el diseño interior creció tanto que el 19 de agosto de 2001 fundó The Home Accesory Co. Su trabajo fue reconocido en lugares como Dallas, Houston, Austin, Los Angeles, y países como México. 4 años después el éxito fue inevitable, abrió una segunda sucursal.
En 2018 mejoró la compañía siendo: Aguie Medrano Fundation Desing Elements. Siendo el 13 de Octubre del mismo año creó Aguie Medrano Foudation La generosidad, su mayor virtud. Su amor, el diseño. Y por eso te honramos.
Le Sobrevive su familia, Alejandro Medrano, Agustina Medrano Madera, Alejandro Medrano, Santa Medrano, Anna María Medrano, Alfredo Medrano.

My family and I moved from Florida in 2004, a neighbor in Boerne told me about this fabulous shop I can find many beautiful, quality items......Home Accessory. Augie was always at the store, helping customers, showing customers how to use what they were buying.....we became friends! I have continued to visit him/them 4-6 times per year, always amazed at the "brilliance" of "his vision and passion". Augie was a very giving man, believed in The Lord, believed in sharing.....and he did in so many ways, every year. We spoke about business, our travels, how he enjoyed traveling to Europe and what he saw.....I can't imagine how his family feels over this sudden loss, or all that new him and were close with him, Mary Helen-Rose and so many I don't know. I have a hole in my heart, as i walk thru our home and see so so much of Aguie Medrano Design Element items, my heart mourns his loss.....a wonderful man gone too early. My condolences to his family and all his friends....Rest in Peace Aguie, we will truly all miss you dearly.
