Alejandro Hernandez Avila, age 71, entered into rest on July 21, 2023. He was born on May 18, 1952 in San Antonio, Texas. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Gloria Dominguez; parents Jesus P. Avila and Natalia H. Avila; brother Jesus H. Avila. He is survived by his daughters Gloria Ann Gutierrez, Mary Ann Avila, Yvonne Avila, Brenda Avila, and Laura Avila; sister Linda Avila Flores (Wayne); brothers Tomas H. Avila (Mary) and Martin H. Avila (Diana). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews, many family members and friends. He was loved by many and will be deeply missed.
SERVICES
Visitation will be held from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at Palm Heights Mortuary with a Rosary to be recited at 11:00 AM. Procession will depart the funeral home chapel at 12:30 PM same day, Wednesday, for a Graveside Service at 1:00 PM at San Fernando Cemetery No. 3.
