Carlos will always standout in my heart as a friend, soccer administrative mentor, tournament organizer, great dad and travelling buddy. Through Carlos's hard work he was known as "Mr. San Antonio" in soccer community. San Antonio has certainly lost a great ambassador for the city through love of the game. He touched many people's heart while always ready with a helping hand. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Gloria and family. All of the wonderful memories of Carlos will certainly get us all through this sad time.

My deepest sympathies to the Rodriguez family. I was fortunate to have had Mr. Rodriguez as a teacher. I learned to appreciate truly large numbers from his lessons. I know I will never forget that a googolplex is a one followed by a googol of zeros. Rest in peace and God bless.
