Carlos will always standout in my heart as a friend, soccer administrative mentor, tournament organizer, great dad and travelling buddy. Through Carlos's hard work he was known as "Mr. San Antonio" in soccer community. San Antonio has certainly lost a great ambassador for the city through love of the game. He touched many people's heart while always ready with a helping hand. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Gloria and family. All of the wonderful memories of Carlos will certainly get us all through this sad time.
